I cut out the panel, matted it onto a piece of Real Red cardstock and added it to the top of my box using Dimensionalsand then popped a few small Rhinestones onto some of the bubbles to give a bit of sparkle and depth The tag I stamped the fish stamp again and using a die from Banners Framelits (pg 213) to cut out the sentiment which I then trimmed to the size I wanted I made a small hole in the end, threaded through some White Bakers Twine, made a small hole in the Jute Ribbon and tied it on
