Interesting enough that I debating keeping it, but settled for saving pictures of various bits. This is from 1942 and covers training for zugfuhrers and NCOs. It is quite different from the normal manuals you see. There are basically no diagrams but the book focuses more on theory in a way to not just dictate the rules, but to teach NCOs how to think, explain things, and behavior in general. There is even a section on handling
