Mid purple in colour, the Echezeaux is slightly higher in volatile aromatics. A pretty, pinpoint, red fruit including alpine strawberry on the palate, just a little hard to read today. A second barrel a little softer and sweeter, with a fine long finish, so I may be under rating this. Drink from 2032 2039.
