The nose reveals a complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, leather, tobacco and spices. On the palate the taste is rich, full, austere, very long and balanced. It goes perfectly with red meats, game and mature cheeses, serving it at a temperature of 16 18 C. Well preserved, it shows great aging ability.
